Starke Heating & Air Conditioning

I contacted this company in June or July about my A/C not working. They arrived and fixed my a/c and told me that my heat was not wired correctly and informed me that for $600 they would wire it correctly for me. The owner Eric disconnected my heat until I could come up with the $600, or he would come back and connect the way it was for free. I have had my heat hooked up for approximately 3 years without any problems with it at all. He did come back to hook it back up, and then talked me out of having him do it. I have called the owner 3 times since then, and he tells me that he is in the area all the time and he would stop by and connect it the way it was. That was a Month and a half ago and Eric has yet to come fix it. I called Eric again this morning and he texted me back stating he wou

We needed a new A/C unit so we gave them a call very friendly and professional also the price was very affordable compared to other companies around here! I would recommend B&B over any company in the area! They were able to get me scheduled almost right away,once they were here didn’t take them long to get everything installed! I didn’t hire this company for my work, I worked beside them on a job site and I was throughly impressed with their quality and knowledge. Easy to work with. The crew did a fantastic job!! Hope to work with them again! ***update: hired this company for work at my own home when another company couldn’t repair my ac properly. They came out, they replaced a board under manufacturer warranty and informed me of options to help my system. I called late Thursday hoping they could swing by the next week and to my surprise they showed up same day. I cannot express my gratitude enough to this company. Honest, reliable, dependable. I will recommend the AC company to anyone. I put a request on FB on Wednesday needing an AC man. Within an hour Eric had called and he came out on Thursday and check it out and he needs more pairs. He said he would be back on Saturday morning and he did. He did an amazing job and my AC is working better than ever. I give 5 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
