My furnace died on a Sunday night when the windchill outside was 10 below. Scott came on Monday to check it out. Overnight the house had dropped to 55°. Fortunately by Tuesday.Tuesday I had a new fully functioning furnace that heated my 48° house back up in two hours. His crew was great. There was a ton of snow outside that brought in some of the salt and ice and they cleaned everything up and if there was any thing that need a cleaning up near the furnace, they cleaned that up too. This is a great company to work with who is reasonable quick and who makes service a priority.

Worked with Scott (and the people he sent, sometimes Roadney), great guy. Was able to trust him where I wasn’t able to trust some other companies. Called out techs from a different business to diagnose AC issues and they unplugged my unit and told me I needed a new one. Scott went over and plugged it back in and explained it was fine, haven’t had a problem since. Have bought a new furnace from them since, installation went smoothly and it works great. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my HVAC needs. 5/5.

I highly recommend State heating and air-conditioning. Within 48 hours of my furnace going out I have a replacement. Scott came out. Made an assessment. Gave me a great price. Lavelle was here the next day and installed a brand new furnace. They have replaced my air conditioner and now my furnace. I will recommend them to friends and family for heating and air conditioning needs.

When other heating and cooling guys wouldn’t show up… They did!!! They went above and beyond all expectations! Definitely will be only working with them going forward. Took the time and explained everything. Never thought any question was too silly or made me feel uncomfortable for asking questions. Walked me through the whole process start to finish. Definitely 💯 happy with the mini split they installed

The best AC repair experience I think anyone can ask for. When I called, all my questions were answered. Their cost for the 410 was at market rates! The knowledge of the systems was beyond what I expected. Turned out my unit had multiple issues. And when I called him back because the second issue had returned. He offered to come back after hours, no problems. I'm talking he offered to come back at 10:00pm to make sure we were taken care of. With it not being an "emergency," we had him come back the next day. Not only was the work fantastic, the conversation was even better. I have now signed up to be part of the regular maintenance schedule. Will be the only people I call for my AC/Heat. Thank you!!
