Staton Mechanical

Staton Mechanical ruin our AC unit. I’ve been in my home for 3 years brand new. West Park at Avalon- Kerley Home’s One of the best unit. American Signature. All parts were under warranty. After there technician initially stated it was the compressor that needed to be replace after having me flip the inside breaker three times it blew the compressor out. After numerous of call requesting them to come out and replace the compressor all call were avoided until I told them I’ll go the legal route. Only to then receive a call stating they were not coming out to repair my unit. After that I went with a certified technician who came out and stated the whole system is blown compressor and all other parts due to the blow up the previous tech did. Lines and all is now contaminated. Over 5000.00 fo

If you have air conditioning problems then use these guys. Eric went out of his way and come out well into the evening to check out our AC problem. He took the time to go through several repair and replacement options and the pros and cons of each alternative. I really appreciate that. I ended up replacing both units in my house and I could not be more pleased with the service of these guys and the performance of the system. They are not your high volume sales driven company but they are honest and knowledgeable on what they do.

My unit has been out for 2 days. It is hot in the bedrooms. I have children home. I called to leave a message stating so and requiring service at 12am on Thursday night/Friday morning. 12pm the next day, my call had not been returned. I called and left another message. Still no return call. So I finally called again to speak with someone and was told by the receptionist that it would be Tuesday at 12 before someone could come out. With these hot temperatures, this is unacceptable. I am in a new home and still under warranty. But that is not the issue. This is very poor customer service. The fact that they did not even return my call is a testament to that. And these are the people who have been entrusted by the builder Kerley Family Homes to service my unit. Totally dissatisfied.

Thomas has been out to my new home several times and has gone above and beyond to assist me, even with issues not related to my HVAC system. Thanks for showing me true southern hospitality and that good people still exist!

I live at a kerley family home and staton mechanical is who they used and they ruined our hvac system! They are the worst company ever! They cost me thousands of dollars to get another company to come out!
