Stay Cool Pools and Patios, LLC

Per the agreement attached, I am editing my review to state I have received a cashier's check from Stay Cool Pools for a full refund. I paid for pool repair and a new liner in our inground pool in April 2025 with the expectation that everything would be completed by the end of May. It's now September and they've been to my house 5 times. Little work has been done. There have been many unfulfilled promises, excuses, and a lack of communication from the beginning. The repair is still incomplete and we're nowhere near getting the liner in. I'm beginning to wonder if they even ordered the liner with our hefty deposit back in April. At this point, I have zero confidence in the job being completed and anticipate legal action to have our money refunded.
