Fantastic company. The day after they cleaned our carpets our cats made a new nasty stain. Russ offered to come back out when they were 'in the neighborhood' so we could avoid a minimum site visit charge. They gave us a very reasonable charge for the fresh stain, and when their first treatment didn't finish the job, they came back two more times without hesitation (no charge) to get the job done! They take serious pride in their work. I highly recommend this company.

my carpet is old. It has some bad spots, but after the cleaning, I saw a really big difference. It looks much better. I feel like I got my moneys worth.

I prefer to support small local businesses whenever possible and SteamKraft did not disappoint. I have used a couple of the larger big name carpet cleaners in the past and SteamKraft greatly surpasses them in both quality of service and price. I definitely recommend them and will call again for next time.

I totally goofed up and missed my appointment but they were super accommodating and more importantly did not “scold “. They came back out two days later and did such a nice job. I was running around to see what I could add on while they were here! My sofa looks awesome ( it’s white and beige by the way) ! Affordable pricing ta boot.
