First, I had exceptional customer service before, during and in an after service phone call. I wanted a MBR carpet steam cleaned but because it didn’t meet the minimum charge, in the initial call, we added 2 more rooms to meet the minimum. The two technicians arrived on time, were attentive to my concerns about newly refinished floors and carpeting on the stairs, were polite, efficient and thorough. The carpets look great. I highly recommend Steampro.

This company was recommended to me from a friend who is also private client. I initially called for a quote and told him that I would get back with them to confirm. My day got busy and I totally forgot to confirm, however, they were still gracious enough to work me in. They made every effort to accommodate me at the last minute. Ricardo was very respectful and attentive. He did a wonderful job Cleaning the carpets of two bedrooms that had awful stains on them. I am very pleased with the service that was provided

I highly recommend this business!! Booking an appointment was easy and flawless. The gentlemen arrived on time and explained the process of cleaning the carpet by water extraction. We had urine stains from our rescue dog that would not come up. Our carpet looks like new! The company is cost effective as well. Thank you Steampro for a job well done!
