Stefani Plumbing, Heating and Cooling

We called our heating vendor tech stating no heat, hot water and a leak that flooded the basement. They did not show up for 3 days. The problem was not corrected. We decided to call Stefani Plumbing and they were here within the hour. They were very pleasant, knowledgeable, and very informative. We recommend this company highly. I had 2 new toilets installed by Andrew. It’s the second time he’s done work at my house. His work ethic and knowledge is second to none. Enjoy the conversation every time he’s here. Great job. Would recommend to everyone to use this company for all your plumbing needs.

Techs were new to my home and pleasant. One was an electrician learning the HVAC side. I’m giving three stars meaning the work was satisfactory. I will see how things go during the next few months. I asked techs twice about checking the vents in all rooms to make sure heat was flowing correctly. One tech maintained they didn’t have to because the core temp located in the HVAC closet reflected all was well. All other techs have checked all vents in the past. I would have preferred these techs did as well. Techs were in my home for 1 hour. Generally it has been longer. The maintenance contract is $575 annually. That’s comes to 270+ dollars for the hour. That feels overpriced to me; especially since one tech was in training.

Andy was totally professional! He listened to my issues and answered every question I asked him and explained what to do to keep the situation from happening again! My bathroom sink was leaking and I was having flies in the bathroom and I tried everything and Andy took the time to explain everything and I’m definitely going to use stephani plumbing if I ever need plumbing services again! I highly recommend this company
