Stay away. They have a deceptive practice of making you pay twice to get your car out. We followed there rules to park. Take your parking ticket with you. When you return to the parking lot go to the kiosk to pay get a receipt that you put in the machine at the exit. So we do this. We drive down to the exit in under 15 minutes and insert the receipt. Gate will not open. The machine demands more money again to exit. No choice but to pay. No employees around to help. This is a fraudulent business. Think about how much additional money they skim by demanding an additional $2 from every car. Go find someplace else to park do yourself a favor

Don't bother with the pay stations. Ignore what the signs say and just pay at the exit gate. Even if you manage to find the one working pay station by trial-and-error (the broken one isn't marked as such) you'll still be charged again at the exit gate. This garage penalizes you if you try to follow the rules, so don't. That said, it's a decent garage otherwise. The structure seems in good shape, it's well-lit, it's mostly clean, and the weekend rates are competitive.

There are only 2 kiosks to pay. So if you park here for something at the convention center, be prepared for a loooooong line at the kiosk when your event is over.

I was at the Sevendust and Skillet concert August 14, 2019 at the freedom hall convention center. Parking was easy getting in however, after the concert there was a long line just to pay the parking fee machine provided. Then I noticed it was taking a long time at the gate for each car to go thru. About 45 minutes I waited until I finally got down to the gate. I paid my fee of $9 already, but when I inserted my ticket at that gate it said I owed additional $2. I was Furious and luckily lady just walked up to see what the problem was said press the help button. I explained what happened over the intercom and that I've been sitting in line for close to an hour and paid my $9 already. I shouldn't have to pay $2 more. Luckily the guy raised the gate up and I proceeded thru. I cannot understand

The elevator is constantly broken, dirty and the exit gate and pass reader gives trouble quite often. It's the staff that work the booths that give assistance when tlyou get stuck behind broken gates that make the difference. They are great.
