She was always available to answer any questions during the process and even helped after the entire kitchen was finished with a few odds and ends. I ordered and paid for my cabinets a year ago--they were not fully painted and had large gaps in drawer and door faces. Dale Smith told me that they needed time to "acclimate" to the house. A few months later he told me I need a humidifier. Six months ago he admitted there was a problem. I have email repeatedly and received replies such as "we lost the paint," "I'll get someone there asap," and "I'm embarrassed and will personally handle this...." Over a year later, nothing has been done. Would not do business with this company.

Amazing Place! We are working with Annette to help design our kitchen and she not only listens to our ideas but several times she has tweaked the design to my suggestions BEFORE i even suggest them (mind reader or amazing design a little bit of both ) They are very friendly there and know how important a kitchen is to a homeowner I highly recomend them if you are looking for someone to help with your kitchen
