We completely ran out of oil during freezing weather and snow. Sterling was extremely responsive and came out in the snow on a Saturday to take care of us right away. They made sure our heat was running before leaving, and the technician was kind and professional. We are so thankful for their help and highly recommend them! We will always use Sterling for our oil from now on!

Sterling oil is phenominal. They have the best customer service and technicians. Everytime I call they are kind and give same day service because I am usually close to being out of oil. We have been with them for years and love supporting their family business.
