I would definitely recommend Stevan Buren to anyone. Jesse was amazing from the first moment we met him. He went above and beyond through the whole process of repairing our roof. He was a blessing and kept contact with us, not only while repairing but also afterwards. He needs to be commended for such caring and compassion when a customer is going through a hard time. Marley Ros was our sales rep and he was fantastic. The quote was accurate and all that I was charged. He did a great job communicating and checking in after the fact to be sure the work was done correctly and to my satisfaction. the on site crew was great and did a fantastic job. the site was cleaned up well and I am very pleased with the whole process. highly recommend these guys!

The salesman was not punctual. We had a time set up for a consultation and he called about an hour later claiming he needed to reschedule. Grew upset we couldn’t accommodate his plans, even tho we’re the paying customers. Setting up the consultation was a bigger pain that what it should had been. Had windows replaced for 75% of the house. Tech were fast for the install, but left trash and junk in my home. They didn’t insulate the areas they worked at either. Now there’s a draft from every window installed. It’s colder in the winter and hotter in the summer. The window itself feels flimsy and is easily scuffed.

Outstanding service! After a major storm, their roofers responded quickly and professionally, promptly tarping our roof to prevent further damage while we awaited repairs. Their efficiency, attention to detail, and professionalism were truly impressive. We highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and skilled roofing services!
