Steve Dillon Carpet Cleaning

Steve arrived two hours early, then when turned away came back many hours later than planned. The original price quoted changed three times, eventually I got an invoice $70 higher than discussed in advance, and was asked to pay it on the spot. When I did so, Steve spoke to me about god and the devil for several minutes in my doorway while I tried to leave. After closing the door I found they had left equipment throughout the house, which I then carried out to them. The carpets were very wet, they dried in two days. A week later I noticed brown colors on the carpet that were not there previously. I cleaned them with my upholstery cleaner and the water came out dark dark brown. I own a vacation rental and Steve Dillon has been cleaning the carpets at this home for several years. He always squeezes me into his busy schedule and is always on time. He does an outstanding job on the carpets, too! He's an all-around great person to deal with.

Steve is always dependable and does a great job - he is pickyand makes sure not too much water is left in the carpet. If the carpet is old, water will come up through the mat and leave a stain if too much water is used.
