My goodness the other reviewers that posted their horror stories are clearly all narcissists who created self-inflicted problems by doing very dumb things. The internet is so strange... My experience with Steve and his team were absolutely amazing. Scheduling the consult was easy as hell - they use a text based system to confirm appointments and they kept each appointment as confirmed. Steve's initial consult was exactly what I hope for in a contractor - he listened to my needs and wants, made a few suggestions, and never pressured me to do anything I thought was unwarranted. The spring was super rainy and the schedule got understandably backed up, which put me in a bind since I was trying to sell my house. Steve was very thorough and professional going over options for window replacement. He knows all aspects of what makes a good window and how to remedy our specific issues with our old windows. Definitely recommend him to friends and family!

We've used Steve twice now and both times have been great experiences. Steve is very thorough and his install crews are friendly and professional. The price is also hard to beat. We will definitely call Steve again for "Phase 2." Thanks Steve!

Edit - if 0 stars were an option thats what they would get. 3 stars for first installers doing a great job and owner responsiveness/willingness to fix issues. To say I am disappointed is an under statement. We had all the windows & sliding glass door replaced by this company. Last year we started with the bottom windows and they turned out fantastic! Made us excited to finish the top windows. The crew was great to work with. Went above and beyond. End of August we had the top windows & door replaced. The guys finished up in 2 days. After going around our house over and over and finding multiple and I mean multiple things wrong. The guys destroyed our home. Always a pleasure to talk with Steve! He is very personable as well as knowledgeable about all things window and replacement. Great memory too, I swear he remembers every project he's done for me in detail! I don't usually look forward to estimates but his are always friendly, quick and painless!
