First off I called Mike yesterday and he was able to come inspect my home today. He was very prompt!! Secondly, he walked the entire house inside and out and explained everything to me. I never expected him to get into my crawl space but sure enough he suited up and shimmied his way right in and stayed down there until he worked his way all through the bottom. He took pictures along the way to back his claims. I am very very happy with his outcome. In the end he has saved me sooo much money.
