W-D Bryant & Son Ace

During the recent winter storm projected to bring heavy snowfall and possible power outages, I purchased a Mr. Heater Buddy propane heater from W-D Bryant & Son Ace in London, KY as a precaution. I had only recently moved to Kentucky, living in Corbin for about a month, so I was still getting my bearings and wanted to ensure my family would be safe. After checking multiple stores for hours, this was the only location with heaters in stock. The regular online price is around $109.99, but during this crisis it was $199.99. I felt this was price gouging, and the experience felt immoral given the circumstances. There was no disclosure at the time of purchase that the item could not be returned. Thankfully, the storm passed and my power never went out, so the heater remained unopened and unuse

I love W-D Bryant &Son Ace , the staff is so helpful and friendly . I took my grandson there one day , can't really remember what I went for , but my 13 year old grandson loves to build things . He started talking to the owner , the owner of the store told him to go out back and get all the scrap wood he wanted . So , we went back to the truck , only to find that we had locked ourselves out of the truck . I went back in store totally embarrassed and told the owner what happened and he actually came out and helped us to get the door open . Sorry I can’t remember his name , but I will never forget his kindness . I just went in the store today and immediately a beautiful young lady ask me if I needed help . My most favorite hardware store in the world . If they ain’t got it , you don’t need

Great local business. The staff is so friendly and always willing to help. They always have the items I need

Probably my favorite location to utilize. Always friendly, helpful and honestly - busy. They've never made me feel rushed or incapable when asking for assistance with anything.

They have awfull customer service. There employees are very rude I would not recommend this location at all. Every time I’ve needed something worked on they have give me the run around. Took my mower to the London location and they had it fixed the next day. Even though they are the same company the London location is definitely the better option. Way better customer service and they treat people very well.
