Window World of London

Very displeased. I this makes 15 windows i have had installed from window world. They call the day before to see if they can come they had called like 3 different times to come out but due to i pick my grandkids up i couldnt do it. They called dec 15 and wanted to come. I felt obligated to change my schedule so they could come. I told the guy it had to be in the morning. He said u can have any time nothing is scheduled. I called you first. I cancelled my granddaughters dr appointment and missed a funeral i should have been at. The installers decided to go to a different one before me and to do mine last that day. At 230pm we left and we passed them on the road bc we had to leave to pick up my granddaughters which i told them i had to do. The owner called me 3 weeks later to only tell me ye

Overall excellent experience with Window World. Professional and knowledgeable salesperson and the installation was all done in one day. I will use Window World for other products in the future. Highly recommend!!!

Some initial challenges, but the owner Jason was very responsive, even coming to our home to address our concerns. His install Team is excellent, and their attention to deal in follow-up issues was amazing. Very pleased, and plan to hire again for a new home we purchased in Pineville, KY. Jason went above and beyond, even sharing some excess materials we needed for another project....Thanks so much!

The installation of our new doors and storm doors went very smooth. Well pleased with the finished product. Crew was very conscientious about keeping things clean.
