I ordered concrete over the phone through Stevens. I was told the price including tax. I paid by credit card. The truck driver dropped off the receipt with the amount we agreed to. I checked my credit card account it showed about $26 more was charged. I called Stevens about this issue. They said it was their fee for using a credit card. This was never mentioned to me through the whole transaction. This is very bad business practice. I got ripped off.

The cement truck blew a red light and almost crashed to the car in front of me. This is the plate but they have it covered with a gray/cloudy shield, probably to cover the dangerous and illegal driving. A cement truck is heavy enough to absolutely demolish the small car and take out everyone inside. I'd love to share the dashcam video but I can only post a photo. Plate cover are also illegal in NY, especially if they completely hide the plate.

I'm an architect and I love going to Stevens Stone & Brick Company. My local mason installers recommended them. Their prices are great, and the personnel helped me a lot with my own choices for my house. Thanks Andrew, and the woman that works there as well! Lots of patience for non-masons.

Visited today hoping to buy some stone and stood around for 30 minutes and was never greeted by the owner/manager as he was attending to another customer. One would think he would at least make eye contact or acknowledge your existence, Unfortunately not. Signs everywhere stating no mask, no service so we wore masks even though he didn't or the other customers. There web site says friendly service. Very disappointing experience.

I wish to give 0 stars. An owner/salesman is lost in his job. He has no clue what is going on in his company. I ordered 6pallets pavers delivery and changed an order on 2pallets while they charged for 6 already. I asked an owner for final invoice with returned balance. He was saying that he don't know where is it so I let him to send it over email. He took all info and never heared from him. After a few days I went there to pick up more material and I asked about my invoice. He became nervous and said that he don't known and he started argue that he has another customer waiting and he wont send any email while he took my info a few days ago and SAID THAT HE WILL SEND AN INVOICE.
