Steve's Waterworks Plumbing

I had a leak sometime last March in my basement. I called Steve's Waterworks plumbing for repair, they came and fixed it spending maybe less than a dollar on parts, and collected $700 for the "repair." About mid July, 3 months after I had the dry wall repaired and painted, the same pipe leaked where some cheap plastic repair was used. Someone came out to repair again, and they used a proper metal part this time. I was then told someone would come take care of my dry wall. I had someone come over to the house; they took a bunch of measurements (after several times rescheduling on me), and then completely blew me off after, never returning. No leak so far, but still no wall.

Tim is the best! Always super helpful & informative and makes time to help us out with any plumbing issues the same day that we call him. He installed our whole home water filtration system and has been to our house for several other plumbing issues. He is communicative and professional every time. He can definitely count on my continued business.

The plumber arrived on schedule, was friendly and very knowledgeable about the issue. He explained everything clearly, fixed the problem quickly, and even gave helpful tips to prevent future issues. The service felt professional and the price was fair. I especially appreciated the same day service and the courteous attitude. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs.

We had some valves replaced for the washing machine and then a shut off valve for an outdoor faucet They also replaced some valves on my leaking shower so I was very pleased with their work. They showed up on time and did a great job.

We hired Steve's Waterworks plumbing for a new water softener, whole house filter, shut off valves, laundry tub and laundry pump with new facets and re-plumbing. We read a lot of reviews before deciding on this company. Justin came out gave us an estimate. Stated work a couple of days later. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We will definitely call and request Justin if we need a plumber in the future. We were very impressed with his work ethics.
