Knowledge of product and ability to install in a professional manner. The sales representative Mrs. Cori was excellent at giving me different options and worked around my budget. It is a great company to contact if you want any decorative concrete or resinous flooring.

Cory the sales marketing person came to give me an estimate on Wednesday. She said she would give me three options. She said I would receive an emai that evening. I didn't hear from Cory. I waited another day, still didn't hear from Cory. I called her on Friday. She said she was out to dinner and would email me her estimate when she got home. Today is Saturday. I still haven't heard from Cory. Very very very POOR customer service and terrible support.
