Chris was a true professional from the moment we spoke on the phone all the way through the final install on my 75 gallon water heater used for my radiant heated flooring. He and his crew took great care to lay down plastic and cardboard so that my flooring did not get dirty and they cleaned up as though they were never there. Chris stayed around after the install and explained everything to me in a way I understood. For the exact same product (75 gallon Bradford White propane water heater) with install to my existing radiant flooring system and propane line, Chris saved me a considerable amount of money over another local heating and cooling company.
