I had reached out to H. Stewart for a roof repair and was told that roof repair would cost one price initially. Less than a week later he began work on the roof. As he was working on the roof he then comes down in the middle of the job and quotes me an extra 2K to complete the work. Mind you he informed me that it would be one cost and he wouldn’t charge me more. It’s supposed to come with a five year warranty for the completed work. Here we are weeks later and there are still leaks in my roof. When I called him and told him he said he’d have someone come out and repair it within 24 hours. He still has yet to do so.

Came out quickly and provided fantastic service. Very good about taking relevant pictures and explaining what needed to be done and why. I highly recommend them for the services they provided for my flat townhouse roof and the very old flat metal roof on my garage.

Fantastic crew of guys. Henry was professional, friendly and responsive. He and his guys went above and beyond to get the roof patched up before the rains hit DC and was there to answer any last minute questions.
