STI fixed my chain saw and leaf blower both if which would no longer start. The staff was professional and their work was excellent.

I've taking two lawnmowers in to be repaired. Complete rip off the guy calls and gives me this outrageous quote($250) to get it up and running. Plus they charge me $50 bucks for simply looking at it. I believe it's a scam to get you to leave your in not so bad condition lawnmower there so they can repair it then resell it. Took my lawnmower somewhere else fixed and it fixed !! They only charged me $60 bucks!! These guys can't get no more of my business!!

Today was the first time I've been to STI Turf Care Equipment in Yorktown and I am extremely pleased for their service. The gentleman (forgive me for not remembering his name) at the front desk that greeted us when we walked in really made us felt welcomed as he tried to explain what he could about the lawnmower we had questions about, while waiting for one of the salesmen. Then when salesman Erik Boord arrived the customer service was the same. Very knowledgeable about their products and extremely helpful. This is by far the BEST experience both my wife and I have ever had and we are all about customer service! Thank you for your professionalism and kindness! I have been in the lawncare industry for over 20 years and I was looking to make a change from stihl weedeaters to echo to do a comparison. The great thing is STI sells both. The even greater thing is their customer service is top notch. I've only been here twice tomorrow will be my third time. I read people very well and this team is a Best seller if they were a book. I look forward to making this my go to spot for commercial equipment.
