Stimpson is now our preferred home improvement contractor in the Greater Boston area. Colby was able to guide us seamlessly through the entire renovation experience to ensure we ended up with a well-designed and personalized space we can call home. Their crew was responsive, professional and showed attention to detail that's visible in the craftsmanship of their work.

Colby and his crew were friendly, respectful and unbelievably efficient! Colby's communication was frequent & responsive, keeping me briefed on each step along the way and answering any questions. He also made sure the work was well organized. The team consistently met or exceeded their commitments. Colby Koefed was a professional that packed years of experience into his work and demeanor! I recently had my house painted in Charlestown, which is never an easy place to work. I was referred to Colby through a GC I use for any rehab projects in the home. Living in an apartment in Charlestown is tough. Multiple people in the house. Colby was able to isolate the work area, carefully Polly the items we had in the room in place, and paint with no marks, scuffs or drips on anything else than where paint was needed!

They provided a reasonable estimate and a prompt timeline to paint our home’s exterior. They did excellent work, the job came out great, and I would highly recommend Colby and his crew.
