Great customer service until they ordered the wrong stone for my fireplace and then they became rude and acted like I was an inconvenience for wanting the issue to be fixed! I was even told it was the correct stone but just a different batch!! Clearly it wasn’t! (First pic is the stone I ordered and second pic is what I ended up with)After much deliberation, they finally refunded me only $100 for my stone and troubles! It was a very stressful and upsetting situation that could have been resolved easily if had been handled correctly!

When we asked about materials for filling holes in the yard, we wondered if sand would be better. The advice we got was to use "screen," AKA rock dust. Sand moves away from holes; rock dust does not. Existing grass grows quickly to cover the grey colored material. The delivered cost per pallatized bag of screen was very reasonable. Thank you Stone Center for the excellent advice and service.

Fantastic stone options. They sell veneer, indoor and outdoor, concrete pavers, travertine, flagstone, bluestone, marble, and huge boulders by themselves. Staff is very helpful, they have one of the best pricing in Charlotte. They also sell gravel and sand for building a patio.

The customer service has been extremely poor. Following a purchase where I was told by the associate if they oversold me on retaining wall blocks, they would pick up the excess. I have sent multiple follow ups to the associate regarding the pick up date and been blown off or ignored each time.

I had another great experience at Stone Center. The young man who helped me with my purchase of stone is taking a year of work before college. While I was paying my bill, he loaded all my stones in my vehicle. Now that's service.😄
