On the morning of June 5, 2024, at about 9:15 AM while I was crossing the George Washington Bridge from New Jersey to New York, I encountered one of Stone Express’s trucks. In a section just prior to getting on the bridge where there are multiple lanes merging, I merged in front of this truck. For some reason, the driver started honking at me excessively. Really no idea why. I was not cutting him off, our lanes were just merging at that time. Maybe he felt I was merging too slowly? Regardless, completely unnecessary. Then about a minute later, the truck caught up to me in the lane next to mine, lowered the passenger side window, and the truck driver started yelling at me very angrily. The only company I use to bring in my slabs! For years! Never had a single issue. They are truly the best. They even helped me out in a pinch and got me my slabs in less than 24 hours. Highly reccomend!!

The worst company ever. I contracted with them to unload a container. I needed faster service which I agreed to an upcharge for. The container , scheduled for Tuesday am was running late and they canceled on my. That was Tuesday. We post poned and confirmed a Thursday am at 9 o'clock sharp. On Wednesday day we confirmed again for Thursday. On Wednesday night I get a call from Paul canceling on me after we confirmed. At 7 PM at night there is no one at the shipping company that I can contact to reroute or have unload the container. This is going to cost me around $4000.00. I was told there was nothing he could do Absolute clowns!

Probably the worst freight forwarder I've had the unfortunate experience of dealing with. If you're looking to pay someone to do their job, you found the right company. After making payment there is no communication or updates about the departure date, delivery etc. You have to constantly call them for updates like they're your employees. Keep in mind they claim to have no insurance to cover your damaged goods if they break the material during handling. Honestly no idea why anyone would want to do business with this "company" but feel free to learn from their mistakes.

What a joy to work with such a great company! We have worked with them for years. Steve and his team are consistently reliable and attentive.
