Stonepoint Cabinet & Granite

I recently had a poor experience at this establishment which also rents Uhauls. In returning a truck, there was a mix up with the original contract which I intended to clarify with customer service. I believe there was no need to assume blame or fault but the conversation soon escalated due to poor use of words from owner. I do not believe people should be treated poorly by any prejudgement. This is just unprofessional. I am disappointed it ended this way. If you feel the same way I would not recommend this establishment as character reflects in business.

What amazing customer service! I was referred to this place from a friend of a friend. The owner, Ravi treated me very well and was understanding financially. He worked with me and I was very gratified. I was greatly impressed at how expeditious he was in getting the cabinets installed into my home. In the near future I will be returning to him as well as recommending his location to others.

Loved the customer service. The owner was very nice and walked is through the showroom bit by bit as we picked out everything for our kitchen remodel. Fair and honest pricing.

I needed a specific edging cut on my granite. They were very accommodating and did an excellent job. Courteous and understanding and did great install and they were economical. Highly recommended

This guy has a bad attitude and is a very rude person. I ask him for his business card and he throw it at me. This is why I hate shady stores. They have no respect for their customers. This was the worst customer service I have ever receive in my life.
