Looking for specific colors for antique furniture. Tim was so helpful! I wanted pink or green marble. He showed me a remnant of each! They were both exactly what I wanted!! Just gorgeous stone! I bought both!!! Thank you for all your help!!!

Wow! Very professional. They came out the same day to answer any questions I had and give a quote. They explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. They installed it very quickly and the two gentlemen installing were awesome and helpful as well! They made sure every hole drilled was where I wanted it and answered all questions I had. Bought a beautiful carerra marble countertop from them. Also challenged them by providing two 140 year old marble mantles and asked them to cut down to fit two new cabinets. They came through with flying colors. Then they even beveled the scrap left over to use as a patio end table. They were polite, did beautiful work and I cant recommend them too highly.

I went to Lowes in Covington to purchase vanity & sink. They sent somebody to our house to do the measurement. The following day I’m ready to purchase but it seems nobody was able to help. I talked to one person check the computer seems doesn’t know what he’s doing then have to forward me to go to vanity section. I’ve been waiting but nobody is able to help so I decided to go to Stone Source in Covington. Tim the manager was able to help me quick & easy & made a purchase. The following day Jeremy went to our house to do the measurement. Today Todd & his partner installed my granite countertop. I was very pleased with their service & highly recommended. The purchase experience went very well. And our granite countertops look beautiful. My problem with StoneSource is Jeff doesn't return phone calls. We had two occasions to need to speak to Jeff. We never heard from him - either time. Both times, we had to figure out our own solutions. Our latest problem was with the holes for our faucets being drilled too close to our sinks - making it impossible to install the spout as designed. I called to find out what we could do to remedy that. That was three days ago. I still haven't received that promised return call. I'm a resourceful guy and figured out how to create shims from pieces of wood. They seem to be doing the trick. But, if you're not that knowledgable about the myriad problems that can go wrong in construction, and you may need help b
