***UPDATE TO ORIGINAL POST** - owner reached out and sent someone to the house to correct their installation. Overall I’m happy with the quality of the product- and I’m happy for the fact that they corrected the situation . —————————————- “NO guarantee of product” - improper installation I went with stonewood kitchen for a whole new kitchen remodel and they also did the installation. 5 years after the install the cabinets began separating at the seam. If you look at the pictures- my pantry system they installed was not correctly done and lack proper structure and support since the side cabinet wall started separating.I do not have excess weight on the shelves - and you can see no damage from misuse. There is perfect separation at the seam as indicative of improper installation and/or faul

I began to recommend this company to a friend and noticed some bad reviews that were shockingly different from my experience so I felt I had to post. We had our kitchen gutted and renovated three years ago during the COVID summer. We were recommended to this company by a neighborhood app. Their showroom was fine and it's obviously a family or that type of business. There is a strong language barrier and we had trouble understanding them but they seemed to have no trouble understanding us. Lots of people and contractors came in while we were there. We picked out cabinets, quartz countertops and a sink/faucet/handles. Because of the language barrier, I was not too confident they would show up on the given date, but a gentleman came as promised and took measurements. We paid half up front. We

I purchased my kitchen cabinets from stonewood back in 2017 and am still completely satisfied with my purchase. You will be hard pressed to find a better price for wood (not particle board) cabinets with soft close. The owners were respectful to me when I was choosing my cabinets and the installers were great to work with. We chose a granite slab from Rock Solid since we fell in love with a slab at the site. I bought a bathroom vanity and granite top recently that I installed myself and was very pleased with the outcome.

What I ordered versus what I got. Looks like two completely different countertops. They’re saying it’s the lighting…that’s a lot of difference in lighting to make THEIR picture look tan/black, but when it’s installed look grey/white. But hey…“ The fabrication and installation was completed as agreed and within the scope of the invoice. If you wish to move forward with a different countertop, we’d be happy to start a new order, though the cost and coordination of the replacement and the removal and plumbing would be the customer’s responsibility”

I used Stonewood K&B for (2) very large vanities, and I was very pleased with the products I chose. The cabinetry consists of solid wood construction throughout, with dovetail joints, and soft close drawers and doors. Overall, “excellent” quality and finish. The surface I chose was quartz, and it looks beautiful. Overall, you cannot beat the value of the product you receive. I would definitely recommend Stonewood K&B for your kitchen or bath remodeling needs.
