Bought two sets of couches approx two months ago. One set was custom order and came in quicker than originally expected. Sam took the time to ensure we got the right fabric as the ones we originally picked didn’t match inside our home so Sam sent samples with us. No other competitor in town took the time to ensure we bought something we’d be happy with and I’m glad Sam did what he did sending us with samples to make sure they matched our house. These couches are real leather (high quality at that) and not bonded junk from other competitors. 14 years ago we bought a bedroom set from Sam and it’s still going strong! Quality of their products is amazing. I’d give six stars if I could.

Had my furniture delivered this morning. The guys were great! They put everything together, made sure it worked properly, then tried to get my huge couch out the door that was impossible! Thank you so much for all your help and service! Carole Lynne Bryant

Purchased a couch at Storey Furniture, Sault Ste. Marie, that was delivered today. I found the service in the store, excellent & very accommodating, Jeff went out his way with my rime limited requests. The delivery people were professional, courteous and kind. I will not hesitate to shop there again in the future, and to recommend them to anyone!

From the time we walked in the staff were extremely helpful. We had been to other furniture stores in the soo and I never experienced customer service like we did here. Also the selection was absolutely amazing hundreds of colours of fabric and styles to choose from not like the other stores where you only have two options. when we told the staff that we had just bought a house they were so excited for us and did all they could to help us with measuring to make sure the furniture would fit. When we got the furniture the delivery people were amazing. A few weeks into having the furniture we noticed that some of the threading was coming loose on the couch we had purchased. Right away the staff went above and beyond to ensure the couch was fixed. They did so quick and efficiently. Absolutely

I used to work here and I hadn't seen the store since Sam took it over. It is fantastic ,so professional looking outside and inside. Sam brought the store up to this century! He has redesigned the inside for a better flow of shopping. Everything is amazing and I can't wait to buy more good quality furniture from him one day soon.
