A wicked hailstorm hit and the first thing you think is what do I do. Well, that morning we had at least 10 companies stopping by to inspect and vie for the roofing job. We had the opportunity to talk with Sam Knopik from StormRenu. Sam took the time to explain the process and how he would help facilitate that process. He was extremely knowledgeable about insurance companies, materials, building codes, etc. And on a surprising note, their company offered a class 4 shingle replacement. From start to finish, everyone I worked with through Storm ReNu was professional, responsive, and determined to provide quality service and customer satisfaction. A hail storm had damaged my shingles and gutters. My insurance company denied my claim, but Bart met with the adjuster, and took pictures and measurements, to prove that I qualified for full replacement. He made the case in a way I could not have. The roofers who came did an excellent job. We waited on the gutters, and when we were ready, the crew that came was outstanding - efficient, thorough, complete. We had a great experience with Storm ReNu. Getting a new roof in early summer I was nervous about my gardens that surround about 90% of our house, but they worked around them so carefully. They also offered to replace anything that didn't fair well during their work, but everything looked great. Also, they spent a lot of time on clean up. I haven't found one nail in my yard since they left. I'm very happy with their efforts and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Our experience with Storm Renu was positive from start to finish. While the insurance company created roadblocks along the way, Sam Knobic was constantly vigilant in working with and keeping us informed regarding insurance issues. The job is now complete and we are 100% satisfied.
