We owned a landscaping business “We got this Landscaping” We have been their client for years. We never had a complaint that a tree died in the past. However we had a bad taste after we purchased 6 cherry blossom trees for a customer and 1 of the 6 got sick and all the leafs fell on it. We promised the the home a new tree since it’s been less than 6 months since we planted these trees. We hoped that Stovall would also honor that but it seems that they will not.

Love these guys. I run a small landscape company and we have purchased anything from gravel to quantity large trees. The product has always been of the best quality. They have also been able to locate us some rare specialty items in a timely fashion. The staff is great and loaders/operators are always on point.

Do not buy plants from here. Once they get your money and the plants leave their lot, you are on your own. They are a large outfit, they do not need or care about my business. They made that clear. Andrew spoke with me initially and to his credit, he was at least willing to acknowledge where I was coming from. I bought 2 pallets of sod, 11 bushes and 10 trees from them. 2 trees died a month after being installed. I watered and monitored everything, sometimes plants die, and I understand that. The 2 trees did not die from lack of maintenance on my part. All but 2 is green and thriving. Jeremy, who is the manager, was on site. Andrew called to advocate for me and Jeremy did not feel it was worth his time to talk to me himself. I do not leave bad reviews, this is the first one for me. Patheti

Very good customer service very helpful with everything I needed and had everything I needed no price reasonable very good place to you know about your plants and everything you need for landscaping

I went to get a pallet of retaining wall blocks and Derek was super informative and very helpful. He also gave me some much needed advice on installation on the first layer of these blocks, Derek was also the guy who manned the skid steer to load the pallet into my truck and was super careful and went above and beyond to make sure it was as close the cab of my truck as possible for a safer ride. Great customer service and patience from Derek. Will come here from now on for all my landscaping and material needs thanks to him
