Strada installed an A/C in our home 1 year ago. The unit flooded in my house due to the drain line switch not kicking on when the drain line backed up. When I discovered the flood as I walked into my room, I had to quickly rip up the hardwood floors. After some quick mitigation, I vacuumed the line out and cleared the clog. Even after clearing the drain line I noticed that the unit continued to leak internally. So I called Strata to come look at it. The technician adjusted the fan speed, and said the unit wasn’t running efficiently. He was nice and informative, very helpful. The technician also said that the filter grate was not the proper one, and that he would order it to have it installed. He said the filter should be in a slot that’s behind the grate. Hired Strada to put in a new unit when my old one went out, they got it done in less than 1 day which was great, but 3 month in the motor died on this brand new unit, causing a ridiculous amount of mastic to melt off and streak down the side of the unit causing an air leak that was detected by the inspector. The motor failure also caused so much condensation around the unit that it grew mold all around the unit. The pictures taken are the end result after they have made their return trip and "corrected" the issues. Can't say I'm happy to have used them.

A big thank you to Austen and Adrian... truly the "A" team! A store had a difficult sewer line back up with some complications. Both worked well together and with the store team to get the work done while we continued to care for our customers. Their hard work and creativity solve the sewer line issue and identified a critial root cause. Excellent service, hard work and positive attitudes! Thanks guys! Also, a big thank you to Kyle who brought the "big jetter" to clear a sewer back up at another store. His persistence found an issue, once repair, will prevent this back ups from happening again. Austin from Strada was great to work with. He helped us address the plumbing issue quickly and professionally, and he was genuinely nice throughout the whole process. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly. Because of his help, we’re moving forward with a whole house filtration system. Highly recommend!

The tech Luis was awesome. He made sure everything was working before he left. He double checked. He told me how to use the app. He helped me set up the app as well. He also was very personable and made good conversation while waiting for the devices to boot up. He took his shoes off when going upstairs without me asking him to. Nice guy and very helpful.
