Little frustrated. Got in contact with the company about getting some yard work done. Just simple weeds pulled and trim bushes. Came and looked at the backyard to give an estimate and never got back to me. I even reached out again about the estimate and never heard anything back. So be careful if you want a lot of work done because they may never get back to you. Would have just been nice to hear if they couldn’t do it instead of not responding at all.

David is one of the nicest guy’s to work with. From his initial consultation the to the vision he see’s with a design is second to none. Not only a pillar of the community but a great person and business to work with. Thank you David. Highly recommended.

I am the owner of Manage Scapes landscaping in the Dekalb Sycamore area. We used Strands for a large landscaping project we had that required about 65 plantings. Strands had every single plant/bush/tree we needed with the exception of one, and because they didn’t have it, when it came in, they delivered and installed it on the property for FREE! How is that for customer service. Thanks David and crew!!! We will use them again for sure!

I called in 2018 to have garden edging and a couple bushes installed. The guy came by and gave me a quote. He never came back and never did the job. I saw him a couple of times at the gas station. Both times I gave him my phone number. No call. No edging. No bushes. Good luck getting anyone answering the phone.
