Adrian and his crew at Stratum Concrete, LLC created a new patio with lighting and an outdoor kitchen for us. The final product is even more than we expected, due in large part to Adrian’s attention to the small details and his willingness to communicate about the project. We had an idea of what we wanted, but few details. Adrian worked with us to develop a design for the block walls, block paver style and accent concrete work. Then he added additional design features, including exposed aggregate borders for the patio floor and oversized pilasters for the kitchen. The final washing and sealing really made the block wall and patio flooring pop! Adrian was also open to additional project scope when we realized unplanned work could really enhance the overall look in the end. And, importantl

I cannot say enough positive things about Adrian and his crew. I am a repeat customer. They have done four different jobs on my property and his work speaks for itself. In addition to providing quality work, Adrian is very easy to work with, he is great at communicating what he is doing and he is very creative. You tell him what you want and he makes it happen. Quick to respond to a quote request for a rear patio slab and was the best price by a good margin. I asked to come visit the site to confirm the quote and was easy to work with. I had trouble on my end prepping by removing sod and they offered to to the work at an additional cost that was fair. They also worked with me to place some brackets in the concrete correctly, finished their work, and cleaned up the site well. I recommend them.

Adrian and Stratum Concrete laid a great driveway slab and adjoining sidewalk for me. They were very professional and prompt with their replies to my messages via Facebook. The slab itself turned out great, even after a surprise rain storm hit during the lay process. The guys did a great job in finishing and redoing the top of the slab which was covered in water. They stayed an extra 6 hours past when they planned to leave because of the storm. Only thing I was less pleased about was the cleanup process afterwards. They left a small strip of concrete piles in the planter dirt beside the surfaces where they paved which we had to pick up the next day and remove from our planters. Overall great job. Highly recommend.
