Strickland provides outstanding service!! They were incredibly helpful with diagnosing our dryer vent clog over the phone. Strickland was also able to fit us in right away given our situation. Turns out the vent pipe was packed with lint and water as Strickland suspected. I wasn’t sure it could be cleaned with about 5 right angle turns and a 15 foot span. But Strickland had all the tools and techniques to get it done. They removed a massive lint blob that was soaked and got us running again. Josiah was a total pro right to the end and carefully cleaned everything up before leaving. I highly recommend Strickland if you need your dryer vent pipe cleaned / maintained.
