Our furnace went out on a very cold Sunday morning. Called Strongsville heating and was pleasantly surprised to talk with an actual person. They dispatched an incredible service guru, Ron! Ron was able to do his magic and get the furnace working by some creative engineering. We will have to replace it as it is 19 years old but at least we have heat until that time. I would give Ron and Strongsville Heating 100 stars If I could!!!

Technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything that he was doing in terms that I could understand. He was considerate of my home and put on shoe covers and left the furnace area cleaner than he found it. Great Customer Service. He called to inform me when he would get to my house and promptly showed up at that time. Highly recommend!!!

Had a technician out to do a tune up and help set up an Ecobee Smart thermostat after the app installation guide said to contact a pro for a wiring issue. Initially (first two weeks) everything was running great until it randomly started pushing out cold air… and the app notified me there was a problem. Called Strongsville Heating and they immediately sent out a senior technician (Ron) and he diagnosed the issue in 2 minutes. Swapped a wire, cleaned out an intake vent, and helped reconfigure the app to give the best results. Haven’t had an issue since and didn’t charge me since it they did the install. Couldn’t be happier with the professional work and knowledgeable technicians. Will use Strongsville Heating again…

Thank you Strongsville heating and cooling. Just returned home from a vacation to find a had no heat. They came within 25 minutes of my call, after hours and got my heat working. The cost was very reasonable and the technician was very professional. Would totally recommend them and will be my first call in the future!
