Struck & Irwin Fence

I had my chain link fence installed by Struck & Irwin at my duplex. It turned out great. When I purchased another home, they moved my fence to the new property and added more fence to accommodate the larger yard. They coordinated the installation so that my dogs had a fenced yard right after my closing date. Very nice job ( twice ). Great company to work with!

I've worked with this company several times over the years and have been quite pleased with the results. The receptionist is polite, helpful, and my calls are returned in a timely manner. Bill is extremely knowledgeable. He has addressed my fencing needs and always comes up with the best solutions at a fair price. Wayne, Rick, and the installation crews pay close attention to detail, and the quality of their work really shows. Money well spent. I would highly recommend Struck & Irwin Fence!

We have had issues with two of the gates since the installation was first completed. The gates were installed unplumbed and continue to sag. The hinges were installed at the limit of their stops, no concrete was used to stabilize the posts, the gates sag so much to the point where it is difficult for my wife to even open them. Two guys came out shorty after the install to look but nothing was ever done about it. Now they want $350.00 just to come out and give us an estimate to fix them. Shameless hacks, and apparently, I am not alone in these sentiments. The pictures tell just how far off these things are. It is people like this that give contractors a bad name.

We paid a lot of money to have Struck & Irwin Install a black steel ornamental fence around our yard. It was good for the first 2 years then faded something terrible. We are on a corner lot and get asked a lot on what happened to the color of our fence. It looks faded gray almost. We had Sam Travis out here to look at it. He said nothing they could do about it. He was willing to take it to management but they still refused to do anything about it. They told us to purchase Rust Oleum black spray paint and paint it ourselves. Did they think we were going to order two or more pallets of paint to fix their fence. I would never give this company another dime or recommend them to anyone. Not sure where to start, because it's all JUST SO GOOD! We absolutely LOVE Struck & Irwin, so much so that we just finished having them install our fourth beautiful ornamental fence within the past 12 years...each time we were fortunate enough to have dealt with Bill Tomer - who is FANTASTIC to work with! :) Bill is SO efficient, SO knowledgable, & SO responsive...he made what we anticipated to be a potentially complex process run super smooth & oh-so-simple. And Wayne & his install crew were all AWESOME as well...equally accommodating, respectful, & full of excellent ideas!! We LOVE the end result (x4), & have referred Struck & Irwin to family members & neighbors...& will be our pleasure to continue to do so! And our puppies love it too! :)
