Three months ago I met with Jeffrey Cudiamat about repairing structural issues with my 70 year old house. He seemed knowledgeable and told me he would get back to me with a proposal after the holidays. The retaining wall supporting my entire living room is cracking and the house is leaning so he understood that this was somewhat urgent. Well, after numerous emails and phone calls for months I have heard NOTHING. Nada. I just keep hearing that Jeffrey is "busy" or out of the office. If communication with this company is that bad at the outset I can't imagine what's it's like to hire them to actually manage a job. Going on my list of companies to steer clear of. Check their Yelp reviews. I am not the only one! Ugh

I have been working with Patrick from Structural Hawaii for over 2 years on my private residence in Kailua. He and his team have gone above and beyond in every step of what can be a Mt. Everest of an expedition in designing plans and obtaining permits from the city. The amount of back and forth, on site visits, phone calls, emails, renderings, etc etc, A huge effort has been made - at a very fair cost. I would never consider using any other architectural firm and anyone who obtains their services should consider themselves fortunate and in great hands. Bravo on such dedicated professional results - Structural Hawaii is amazing.

Slow to respond, not creative, and overpriced. There are much better companies to work with that value their clients and who put forth effort into creating something meaningful. Don’t waste your time or money.
