This was as smooth as it could get, from the very basic stuff such making appointments, having the sales tech’s number to the execution of the HVAC replacement. It was great! Stuart Pro Heating & Air removed my old HVAC system and replaced it with a new, zoned setup, along with an upgrade to the insulation in my attic. The consultant, Nathan Cain, and his assistant assessed the needs of my home during an in-person visit and then suggested options for a replacement system. They explained the options clearly and answered my questions thoroughly. The installation technicians, Eric Miranda and assistants, installed the system in a day; they were friendly, professional, and explained how to care for and operate the new setup. Of note: the crew was exceptionally clean and left little evidence of having even been in the house! I’m very happy with my experience with Stuart Pro Heating & Air and recommend them highly. The service today was phenomenal. I called in the early morning and had a technician by 11 am Kevin A. was fantastic. He walked me through the needed repairs and explained in detail about the system and the new parts being installed. Smart personable young man. I’ll ask for him from now on. I set up a maintenance plan and am very pleased with Stuart Pro.

We recently had Stuart install a new furnace in our attic and remove our two older units in our basement. After getting six different quotes, Nathan, Mario, and their team came all the way to Greenville SC - gave us a better system, at a great price, in half the time. Of the seven quotes we received, they were the only contractor to perform a manual J calculation during their quote preparation. Their guys were respectful and skilled! They just opened a new branch in Greenville, so if you have any HVAC needs in Georgia or the upstate, I would strongly recommend them!
