We heard the workers talking negatively about us on our ring door camera because we had an old AC system. We got a brand new, very expensive unit placed in our home. A big job for the company. The workers were unprofessional. After spending over 20k on our new unit, pieces are coming apart in the attic, the thermostat is not accurate, and the workers were not knowledgeable on the unit and thermostat. One worker said “ I’ve never installed one of these before”. Who knows how long this piece pictured has been unattached in our attic..it has been less than a year now since we had the new unit installed. Just very disappointed and dissatisfied with this company.

Stuart Services has just been so incredibly helpful in getting some much needed work done the right way! They are very thorough and communicative. They can also handle challenging jobs and come very prepared for whatever is needed and will talk you through it every step of the way. I HIGHLY recommend them!!!!

Malik provided excellent service and thoroughly explained each step of the inspection of both of my heating systems. He noted the particular areas that needed attention and discussed the details of why they were needed. He was professional, knowledgeable, personable, and courteous throughout the inspection.

Matt and Charles did a great job! They were both very professional, knowledgeable and patient with answering my questions. My wife and I really hope Matt recovers from his kidney stone soon. Robert came later to review the plumbing and gave us wonderful service.
