Studebaker Parking - Garage

Pure fraud. They overcharged me for $12 additionally to $8 I paid via ParkWhiz. The manager and the parking guy were rude and said that they are not giving me my car back unless I pay them. Never ever park here.

Wish I could have given 0 stars. Horrible experience! Upon arriving at the garage I asked what the price would be for 2 hours. I was informed $14 which confirmed what their prices said on the wall of the garage. I parked my car at 10:03 am on 9/20/24 and got back to the garage at 11:32 am. It took the attendant approximately 3 mins to notice I was back because he was on his phone. He then came out and moved a car that was parked at the entrance of the garage. It’s now 11:36 am and he stamped my ticket and told me it’s $19. I asked him to explain the charges and why he told me $14 when I asked upon arrival, he told me to read the sign. I did and it said $14. Tried to escalate it by calling the number provided on the ticket and got the run around. Would not park there again even if it was

I had a terrible experience with them. I had been Parking here for almost 2 months when one fine morning as usual the place was crowded and jam packed and this guy who is supposedly also the manager there came and dropped the slip in the car. Obviously out of courtesy, I parked where he asked me to and left. Of course, in a hurry and trying to be courteous I forgot the keys. They charged $75 to release the car. There are many other places nearby like the Trump Bay Street and many others. If you want peace of mind and value for your money, choose other places like SP+ and Laz, they are so much more courteous and customer friendly. LM parking is like they are doing a favor to you by offering parking. Terrible place to park. Never going back and I hope more people review them for their worst

Reserved and paid for a spot with them days in advance, only to arrive today and their lot is full. The attendee Alex was extremely rude to me despite my being pregnant and having a toddler Ont he back seat. Didn’t care that I had paid them for a spot that they did not give, so this garage steals your money and it’s fraud.

They didn’t respect the online reservation I had. Their answer was “you can call them and get your money back”. Also an extremely rude valet. 0/10.
