Suburban Landscape, LLC

My experience is that Liars run this company. Don't count on any "warranty" guarantees or promises. My tree died soon after planting (or was already dead/dying) and they wouldn't replace it. It was supposed to be guaranteed for 1-year warranty. The tree came with our brand-new house. I spent considerable effort and money making sure it was watered properly (along with the rest of the new property), but after several months it was obvious it was dead. I called and spoke with Jack the owner. He said he'd replace it. But then a month passed and nothing happened. Called again, Jack said, "he'd take care of it" and "(he'd) been very busy" as an excuse. (I wrote down the exact dates and wording used at the time because it didn't feel right.) From helping us during the building process of our house and what our landscaping/grass needs would be (we have a backyard that needed special draining) to their fantastic follow up Suburban has been nothing short of amazing to work with! Highly recommend! Great people!
