Christina on dispatch is a pure delight extremely helpful and pleasant went above and beyond to help me get propane today. Also the delivery driver Dicky was awesome and checked my pipes for a possible leak a great company with exceptional employees highly recommend

This company charged about $2-3 more per gallon then other reputable company’s in the area. I am trying to cancel with them where I went to someone else who is far more affordable and it’s been over a month and the tank is still on my property and I’m still being charged… and all they say about it is “We are understaffed so charges will keep happening until we decide to pick up OUR property” I should be charging them rent for storage of their property. Would not recommend this company to anyone ever.

For the most part, I haven't had issues. The main problem I have is that they don't let you know when they come if you have it on automatic and they don't leave a note saying they came, so you have no idea if you need to pay the bill or not. Multiple times now I've had late charges because they don't send a bill in the mail until AFTER they add the late charge. EDIT: I called and talked to customer service and worked on some ways to ensure they notify me properly. They never reached out like they said they would in response to this review (otherwise I might have increased this more, lack of follow through is pretty bad). Their automated payment UI also leaves a lot to be desired. UPDATE: So they did reach out eventually and they did remove a late fee, although they were somewhat curt when

Not competitive rates. Sketchy business practices and would recommend to read your contract very carefully. Between the delivery fees and raw cost of product, this company is tough to deal with. After calling a handful of local non predatory fuel providers Dead River and AE Robinson are far better companies to deal with.

Very deceptive with the setup of accounts. If you read the contract you will see that no rational person would agree to be mistreated in this fashion. $9.92 safety fee for every delivery and they will tell you this is the state fee, that is a lie! $150.00 cancellation fee if you change your mind within 3 years $89.99 to set the tank and they will tell you it's all industry standard. Called Dead River no fees and .12 cents cheaper per gallon. Hank hill would not approve!
