Doug and Brent did a fantastic job of my move. They were great communicators with me and made every step of my move worry free. They showed up on time, and provided exceptional service. Light-hearted and easy-going. I appreciated their hard work and taking great care of my items.

From start to finish the folks at Suddath made our move a breeze. Virtual survey with photos, clear communication throughout, on time departure and early delivery with no damage to any of our property or furniture. We packed ourselves but the care they took with our furniture leads me to believe they would do an excellent job with white glove service too. Randy did a great job with the virtual survey and getting us booked. Very responsive to questions and made the process smooth and easy. The rate they gave me was the lowest of 6 companies by several thousands of dollars for a cross country (18 hour) move and they did an excellent job.

Unprofessional team. I had a terrible experience with this company. Especially with Randy, the estimator that was assigned to me. I scheduled a videocall to estimate the moving costs with them, and two hours before the scheduled time, Randy called me to cancel and reschedule because "he was busy with other stuff". We rescheduled the videocall for the following day, and when I join the call, he does not join. I waited for 15 min, then I called customer service, and they were not able to help me either, saying that my connection might be the problem while at the same time saying they themselves cannot reach out to the estimator. In the end the customer service representative hung up on me once, and the second time I called they redirected my call to the estimator's cell phone, and of course,
