Amazing service! Really appreciated the quick turn around with our furnace being down, especially during such a bitter cold snap. Really personable and professional staff, felt like they really cared about the customers and the community they work in. Shout out to Lou, he was also able to answer some questions my partner had in regards to some of our upcoming projects we have planned for our home.

Had them come out because my split unit wasn't working. They checked the system and found a loose fitting just needed to be tightened and didn't even charge me for the service. It's extremely hard to find honest HVAC companies in this day and age. I highly recommend 👍🏿

Sullivan installed 2 splits for me last year. Last week one of the drains got clogged due to animal activity outside. I called and spoke to their service. I returned to my office and sat down. Within 6 minutes I looked up and their truck was pulling into my parking lot. It’s 2025. I can’t even get my staff to show up that quick. Every single inquiry or issue is always immediately addressed. Highly recommend them

I scheduled appointments for A/C service at two locations, on different days. No one showed up for the first one, I called and left a message with the answering service. They never called back, and never showed up for the second appointment either. I understand that it was the busy season, but rhe courtesy of a phone call would be nice.

I’ve used this business to have a heating and cooling unit installed in my home. The installation was very professional neat and done in a timely manner. They were very knowledgeable upon my questions about the work. I will definitely use these guys again and recommend them for family and friends.
