Sullivan HVAC Repair

I can not say enough GREAT things about Lou from Sullivan HVAC. He come right on time to repair my Mitsubishi split unit. Lou immediately diagnosed the problem and explained it to me clearly what supposed to be done to repair and the price was very affordable. Lou took his time to make sure that every is working. On more important thing I have to mention which never happened with any other companies. I lost little tightening screw, so Lou offer to go back home to find that little screw, THAT IS AMAZING that I call PROFESSIONALISM. I would and will highly recommended Sullivan HVAC. Thank you so much!!!!

Used their online feature to schedule an estimate for a complete new ac system. Was given a date and time, and rearranged my schedule for it. Called the morning of the appointment and confirmed it was on for that date, and they assured me it was between 9-12. Then proceeded to sit and wait, and the sales person never showed or called. Multiple calls to the office went unanswered or to a service that had no clue. Finally got a call back at 1:35, from a lady with an attitude as if it was my fault her guy didn’t show up or call. They then told me that they could reschedule me 10 days from now, as if they were doing me a big favor. If their service is anything like their customer service, avoid this company and go with a more responsive and professional company.

I can not say enough GREAT things about these guys! I started working with them in busy season and they got my unit in before the holidays. All communication was clear. Contract was easy to understand. They were all friendly, super professional, and a joy to work with. I have already recommended them to my co-workers. Thank you so much!!!
