Sullivan Heating

Mr. Sullivan and his son are spectacular! Last fall and winter, we were in a pinch when we had trouble with both of our furnaces around the holidays. I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received! The Sullivan's respond quickly, are honest and professional. I've used them for service calls, they've installed two smart thermostats, and replaced both of my furnaces. I called them again this summer when I had trouble with one of my air conditioners. I enthusiastically recommend them!

So my name is actually Angel and I had Mark Blair as my technician! He was great!!! Rotor Ritter came out couldn’t find the drain and tried to sell me a 4000 service to report to my insurance claiming they couldn’t find my drain. Don’t you know within 15 minutes he found the drain and unclogged the pipe! There was about 5 inches on water but he was able to solve the problem when no one else would! And the price was cheaper! When I say I have told my whole family! You now have a loyal customer he went above and beyond for me. He searched to make sure this was the only issue gave me recommendations and I didn’t feel like he was trying to sell me any BS. Thank you Mark so much you saved me a headache and time❤️❤️❤️

They were incredibly responsive to a call for an AC issue during the recent heat spike. Came out quickly, diagnosed and fixed the problem. The price was great. I would highly recommend them.

My mom purchased a furnace from Sullivan last winter. It needs to be inspected every year for warranty. Never heard of this, but my mom's deal. My mom works and couldn't be at home for inspection. I agreed to do it, set up appointment window from 9-12. Got a call at 11:15 telling me tech wouldn't be here before noon! They expected me to sit here til they showed or reschedule and sit for another 3-4 hour window. Guess customer service goes out the window after the purchase!

I had a horrible experience with Wade Heating and Cooling. One phone call from Mr. Sullivan and he was excellent! He explained everything to me in a way that I understood what he was talking about. Very professional and the price very affordable. I will be recommending him to everyone I know. Thank you again!
