I could not have been more pleased with the service I received with United. From the experienced estimator, Rich Cosio, to my moving coordinator Heather, they made this move so easy. The timeline was met without having to wait days in my new home for delivery. I highly recommend United. It was worth every penny as 18,000 pounds of my household items arrived on time and in excellent condition.
Military move, third so far, best so far. I am big on looking at reviews and I don’t think the low reviews are fair. Truly an awesome four man crew that knocked this pack out and load very quickly. Their manager also came both days. Carlos runs a good shop!
Just really great people to work with. Late is an Angle the way she made sure we were hsppy The two guys you sent over to pack our pictures were great as well. Sullivan Moving & Storage moved my furniture and belonging out of my old home in September 2013 and into two storage PODS. In July 2014 they then moved all of my things from the two PODS into my new home. The same head of the crew, Jim, was there for both moves. Jim was very knowledgeable about properly stacking furniture and boxes into PODS, which allowed almost all of my things to be stored within the two PODS. It looked as though the crew used a ruler to do this! The second crew then worked very well with me unloading furniture and boxes into my new home and garage. The only issue I had was that one of my armours had a door broken off the front during the move out of my old home. Jim assured me that they have a very capable wood repairman.
