HVAC maintenance was done second year in a row by the capable tech Hunter. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, simply a nice guy. I am very impressed by his eye for detail, he doesn’t miss anything at all very reasonable price. I strongly recommend them!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Honest and fair and most importantly, they know what they are doing. It is my understanding that in Florida HVAC technicians need only one tech to be licensed and the rest are often less knowledgeable underlings. Over the last 13 years after an addition and zone systems installed by a different and incompetent company who went out of business immediately after completing the install. We’ve been struggling to get things working properly ever since. Finally three companies later and having had to replace all 3 AC units we have found Summa and Tony’s! They fixed and tuned ALL our problems when others could not or would not. Thank you so much Tony and Summa and all your wonderful technicians!
