Summer Rain

I originally posted a negative review because we had some issues during our first year with Summer Rain, largely due to miscommunication between the office, the technicians, and myself. However, I want to highlight how impressed I am with the way Summer Rain handled the situation. They reached out to me proactively, apologized for the inconvenience, came out the same day, and resolved everything quickly and professionally. For me, the true measure of a company is not whether problems ever happen, but how they respond when they do. In this case, Summer Rain showed that they genuinely care about their customers and take their reputation seriously. I really appreciate the way they handled the situation, and I will gladly continue using their services. Thank you!
